Fundraising from the community to ensure progress within our community
By supporting Code4 and its Code4Christmas initiative, you’re supporting Lakeside’s youth. Excellent students and students with potential who want to learn the fundamental topics of computing and entrepreneurship, and who want to build something. They’re our future, and they’re the future of our community and area, too.
The Code4Christmas initiative will launch at an event in Ajijic on 21 September 2024 and will run through January. Our goal is to raise XX in funds in order to jumpstart Code4 by hosting an all-inclusive coding and entrepeneurship bootcamp that will take place over a weekend in March.
In addition to continued fundraising thereafter with our proof of concept in place, the founders and executives of Code4 will be funding Code4’s ongoing programs by donating percentages of profits from our own business endeavors to Code4. Corporate sponsorships will also be available shortly (if you’re interested now, please go ahead and contact us).
It’s important for us to be transparent, so we want potential supporters to know that our organization will automatically release quarterly financial statements (without requiring a request for such materials) and we’re always available for comments and questions from anyone who reaches out.
